Our business was established in 1992 by our Founder and President, Mr. Majid Al Futtaim.

His idea was to bring a new kind of retail and leisure experience to the region. He recognised that consumers wanted to do more than just shop. They wanted a place to meet, socialise, eat, relax and be entertained with family and friends. A place where communities could come to life.

Today, the Majid Al Futtaim Holding has established itself as the leading retail and leisure pioneer across the Middle East and North Africa region.
