Finance

Financial Accountant

Review, maintain and control the transactions relating to Account Payable, Work in Progress, Retentions and Receivables. Process monthly prepayments and accruals and issue debit/credit notes to the business units.

Criteria:
  • Should be a part/ full qualified accountant.
  • Sound Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles developed through 4-5 years of working in a medium to large Organization / group of companies beyond the stage of trial balance preparation.
  • Knowledge and interpretation of International Accounting Standards for ensuring correct accounting, accounting for foreign entities and preparation of financial statements.
  • Awareness of nature of operations and operational issues of various business units.
  • Must possess good experience and capability of working in computer based environment

Finance Manager

Criteria:

  • Qualified accountant preferably CA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA
  • 5-6 experience in a similar role i.e. 5 year involvement in preparation of GAAP certified financial statements.
  •  Sound Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
  • Knowledge and interpretation of International Accounting Standards.
  • Awareness of nature of operations and operational issues of various business units.
  • Good Management skills.
  • Well-rounded communication skills & ability to interface with Senior Executives.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Commercial awareness.
  • Time Management / System oriented / Sharp and analytical.

Financial Analyst

Criteria:

  • Should have at least 8 to 10 years experience in development project analysis, business planning and costing with reputable companies, preferably with development/ construction companies.
  • Candidate must have professional qualification MBA, CA or CMA and Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering would be an advantage.
  • He/she will be providing support to development Directors and Managers on all financial issues and will assist in financial analysis of prospective investments opportunities.
  • He/she will be involved in conducting in-house due diligence and business valuation and in updating project models and feasibility studies.
  • Should have up-to-date knowledge of current financial analysis techniques.
  • He/she should be analytical and have excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal).
  • Must have Advanced MS Office XP knowledge.

System Accountant

Criteria:

  • Should have at least 5 years system accounting experience in ERP environment.
  • Candidate must have professional qualification CMA, ACCA, or ACA (or part qualified) and ERP software certification/formal training.
  • Should have knowledge of JD Edwards
  • He/she will be responsible for maintaining the security and integrity of the ERP and ERP-integrated financial systems across the Group.
  •  He/she will ensure that functionality of the system is used to its full potential.
  • He/She will prepare guidelines, procedures and system processing framework for use by users in day to day accounting and financial tasks.
  • He/she will guide users and help them in timely execution of accounting needs and reports.
  • Should possess excellent skills to handle large base of end users and help them in resolving issues/problems relating to system and accounting.
  • He/she should be analytical and have excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal), and strong presentation skills.
  • Must have Advanced MS Office XP suite knowledge.

ACCOUNTANT – PAYABLES

Criteria:

  • Should be a university degree holder in accounting and have at least 2 years experience in accounts payable role in a large organization.
  • He/she will be responsible for preparing payment vouchers for all accounts on a daily basis for all expenses including staff expenses.
  • He/She will prepare cheques or/and money transfer orders and arrange for dispatch of payments to suppliers.
  • He/She will upload monthly payroll journals in JD Edwards.
  • He/She should have excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal).
  • Must have Advanced MS Office XP suite knowledge.
  • Candidates with experience of using JD Edwards will be given priority.

Temporary Accountant

Criteria:
  • The applicant should be a qualified accountant with minimum experience of 3 years.
  • NO FRESH GRADUATES
  • Good communication skills and should be able to work independently
  • Previous experience of JD Edwards will be an advantage
