Eligibility Criteria:

 

To be eligible, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • The brand must be a locally established business in the United Arab Emirates and possess a valid UAE trade license.
  • The brand must have been in continuous operation for a minimum period of 12 months at the time of application.

 

Terms & Conditions

 

  • Applications will be assessed by Majid Al Futtaim at its sole discretion, taking into account operational readiness, commercial viability, and overall concept.
  • Allocation of physical or digital space is subject to availability and Majid Al Futtaim’s internal evaluation criteria.
  • Selected applicants will be required to enter into Majid Al Futtaim’s standard agreements and comply with all applicable onboarding, operational, and compliance requirements.
  • Submission of an application does not guarantee selection or create any binding obligation on Majid Al Futtaim. 
  • Majid Al Futtaim reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the initiative at any time without prior notice.
  • All applications are subject to final review and approval by Majid Al Futtaim in its sole discretion. Majid Al Futtaim reserves the right to deny applications for any reason, including suitability for the mall environment, compliance issues, or incomplete information.
  • Majid Al Futtaim will process personal data submitted through this application in accordance with applicable data protection laws and its Privacy Notice.
  • Personal data will be retained only for the duration of the initiative and up to 6 months thereafter, after which it will be securely deleted in line with Majid Al Futtaim’s data retention policies.
  • Expressions of interest must be submitted no later than 17 April 2026.
