My role is to co-manage our EMBARK induction programmes, as well as the Culture-shaping work that we do across the company. I see both programmes as great vehicles to translate our beliefs into practical, tangible ways of delivering exceptional service, customer delight, and personal and professional development.
My education background includes… a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a specialisation in marketing and sales, and a Master’s in Business Administration with a specialisation in Human Resources.
My favourite aspect of The Leadership Institute…is my team. I love each and every person that I work with; we all complement each other in the best way possible and help each other to deliver our best
