In my current role, I am responsible for leading Majid Al Futtaim's learning strategy to provide world-class learning opportunities to its 40,000 employees via The Leadership Institute.Through constant research and feedback, we ensure that Majid Al Futtaim’s learning agenda is consistent with the long-term vision and strategy of the business, with a special focus on leadership, culture design, customer experience, and digital capabilities.
My passion lies in leadership development as well as encouraging colleagues to foster a customer-centric attitude. I believe, on a fundamental level, that happy employees generate loyal customers.
I’ve spent years helping international companies – including New York Life Insurance, Greystone, and one of the happiest companies of all, the Walt Disney Company – establish and maintain customer-centric cultures.
