Largest Hilton Garden Inn Outside America unveiled in Dubai

Dubai, UAE: Hilton Garden Inn, Hilton Worldwide’s (NYSE: HLT) award-winning brand of focused service hotels, and Majid Al Futtaim, the leading shopping mall, retail and leisure pioneer across the Middle East and North Africa, yesterday celebrated the official opening of Hilton Garden Inn Dubai Mall of the Emirates – the second largest Hilton Garden Inn in the world and the largest outside of America.

The official opening ceremony was attended by Rudi Jagersbacher, President, Middle East & Africa, Hilton Worldwide, Simon Barlow, Chief Executive Officer of Hotels at Majid Al Futtaim Properties, in addition to Industry professionals, members of the regional press and senior management representatives from Hilton Group and Majid Al Futtaim. Attending guests got the chance to experience the hotel in full swing with a Garden Circus themed event.

During the opening ceremony, Simon Barlow, Chief Executive Officer of Hotels at Majid Al Futtaim Properties, said: “We are proud of welcoming Hilton Garden Inn Dubai Mall of the Emirates as the latest addition to our world class hotel portfolio. The new hotel boasts state-of-the-art amenities to enable travellers to sleep deeply, stay fit, eat well and stay connected, with complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the property. All 370 stylish guest rooms feature the brand’s signature bedding, a spacious and clutter-free work desk with an ergonomic desk chair, along with an in-room ‘hospitality centre’ complete with mini fridge and coffee maker.
